These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tekero mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tekero lets you publish advertisements ("ads"), discover other users, send likes, match, and chat — individually or together with linked partners in group ads. Feature availability is subject to fair-use limits (for example, a number of likes, active chats and published ads per account), which may vary by subscription tier. We may change limits and features as the service develops.
Beta notice: the App is currently distributed as a beta (e.g. via TestFlight). Features may change, and service interruptions or data resets may occur.

You can report users, ads, photos and messages, and block users in the App. Our moderation team reviews reports and may, at its discretion: remove content, restrict account features, adjust an internal trust score, or suspend and delete accounts that violate these Terms. A restricted account may be unable to publish ads, send likes, match or write messages. We notify you about moderation decisions in the App, and you may contest a decision by contacting gleb@tekero.io.
Trust score. Every account has an internal trust score (0–100) computed automatically from activity signals. It can increase when you complete your profile, respond to messages in your conversations, form friendships, grant or receive private-photo access, publish ads together with partners, maintain an active subscription, or keep a clean record without reports. It can decrease when you receive repeated reports from different users, submit an excessive number of reports yourself, repeatedly ignore conversations after reading messages or while being active elsewhere in the App, are blocked by many users, attempt to screenshot private photos or chats, or publish group ads that attract reports. Positive changes are capped per day and certain bonuses are granted only once per account. The trust score may influence feature availability, visibility and moderation decisions, and our moderators may adjust it manually as part of a moderation action. Parts of the service run on third-party infrastructure: chats are delivered through CometChat, sign-in may be provided by Google or Apple, notifications are delivered via Expo and Apple/Google push services, and hosting is provided by AWS. Your use of those features is additionally subject to the applicable provider terms referenced in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Some limits may be extended by subscription tiers. During the beta, tiers may be granted free of charge; when paid subscriptions launch, purchase terms (price, renewal, cancellation, refunds) will be presented at the point of purchase and processed by the applicable app store, and you will retain any statutory withdrawal rights under EU and Spanish consumer law to the extent they apply to digital services.
You can stop using Tekero and delete your account at any time in the App settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licence for already-delivered messages, liability limits, disputes) survive.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not run criminal background checks and are not responsible for the conduct of users, online or offline. Always use caution when meeting people: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going and stay sober. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or EUR 50 if you paid nothing).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you use the App as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of Spain (including the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
